My latest poetic offering for today, 1st May.
A little poem I wrote yesterday in less than five minutes on a tweet. It was inspired by the short article on Beltane festivities in The Scotsman newspaper (for whose Interactive suplement I used to freelance). What this particular article missed though others in the paper haven't was that Edinburgh, like a lot of Scotland and the UK executed very many people as witches years ago. A practise rife with scant evidence and false accusations now thankfully illegal. Inspired by this article in The Scotsman.
