This was taken during one of two pre-arranged hospital visits in London, it was also the day we took her to see Father Christmas in Harrods, ate macarons, went for pizza and played backgammon, and the day after an emergency visit to my local out of hours G.P. for an anti-inflammatory jab for my back without which I would have struggled.
